Psychotherapist and certified trainer in Non-Violent Communication

A lawyer then a law company consultant for 15 years, he was also in charge of an association taking care of young adults in difficulty. From 1994 he gives lectures and leads transformation workshops. He fosters work on knowledge and selfpacification which help people avoid ego traps, find alignment with one’s life force and put their talents to the benefit of the community. He believes that profound personal development is the key to sustainable social development.  Tamara J. Erickson

Executive Fellow, Organisational Behaviour, London Business School

Tamara has designed and directs the LBS’s premier leadership programme for senior-most executives, Leading Businesses into the Future at LBS. Her teaching addresses the changing workforce,collaboration and innovation, and the nature of work in intelligent organisations. She is McKinsey Award winning author and one of Thinkers 50’s most influential living management gurus in the world. Erickson has authored or co-authored five books and numerous articles published in Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review, focused on her expertise in organisation, the future of work and the changing dynamics of the workforce. Specifically, she has written a trilogy of books on how individuals in specific generations can excel in today’s workplace: ”Retire Retirement”, ”What’s Next, Gen X?” and ”Plugged In”. Tamara is the Founder and CEO of Tammy Erickson Associates. Erickson has served on the Board of Directors of two Fortune 500 corporations. She holds a BA degree from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
