Team Coach with Leading Edge Performance

Lizzie will share her insights from high performance organisations and personal experiences as Chair of the British Olympic Association’s Athletes’ Commission and as a member of TEAM GB Olympic swimming team. Since retiring from professional swimming in 2018, Lizzie has been a Team Coach with Leading Edge Performance, focused on sharing the performance mechanisms from elite sport to increase engagement, motivation and productivity whithin a multitude of different professions.
