Unmotivated baby boomers, forgotten Xs, hurried Ys and hyper-connected Zs: 4 generations who live together in the company and who apparently have their own characteristics. But is it really reasonable to reason like this? Isn’t that reductive? How to separate fact from fiction? How can we approach the subject of ages differently, to facilitate relationships between said generations?
