WHY OCTAVE ?<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Octave Program originated from the idea that all
\nthe generations in the company have a contribution to make.<\/span><\/p>\n

The name Octave comes from the fact that the company is like a piano, which tends to play on just the two central octaves \u2013 the generations of 30-50 year-olds \u2013 while neglecting the lower and higher octaves.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column][vc_column fade=”true” fade_animation=”in-from-left” fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1\/2″ id=”” class=”” style=””]

The Octave Program promotes intergenerational diversity so that each person, no matter what generation they are from, has a role to play within the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the first time, a seminar has been designed to bring together three, even four generations.<\/span><\/p>\n

These are the objectives of this program, which as well as a training course, is a rich pasture of experimentation and transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n
