Tamara has designed and directs the LBS\u2019s premier leadership programme for senior-most executives, Leading Businesses into the Future at LBS. Her teaching addresses the changing workforce,collaboration and innovation, and the nature of work in intelligent organisations. She is McKinsey Award winning author and one of Thinkers 50\u2019s most influential living management gurus in the world. Erickson has authored or co-authored five books and numerous articles published in Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review, focused on her expertise in organisation, the future of work and the changing dynamics of the workforce. Specifically, she has written a trilogy of books on how individuals in specific generations can excel in today\u2019s workplace: \u201dRetire Retirement\u201d, \u201dWhat\u2019s Next, Gen X?\u201d and \u201dPlugged In\u201d. Tamara is the Founder and CEO of Tammy Erickson Associates. Erickson has served on the Board of Directors of two Fortune 500 corporations.
