Registration
What’s the level of detail for our answers? Shall we indicate what we like in our everyday work in a more technical way or shall we respond more generically?
The level of detail depends on the details you want to share with the rest of participants. These are unusual questions because we want professional and extra-professional affinities meet beyond ages to “tune in other generations”
What’s the objective of these questions? Do the answers remain confidential? Are they used as a brief for the guest speakers, for the workshop groups?
Your answers will only be used in the directory that you will receive upon arrival at the seminar. No one will have access to this information outside of the Octave program.
I’m late for my registration on the site. Is it still possible?

I completed my registration on the site. Is there something else I have to do?
You just have to reserve your place in the shuttle of your choice on ‘My account’.
Is it possible to keep my place, even if I get replaced by another person at the last moment?
It is not desirable at all since we prepare a directory, a badge and a personalized program for each participant. However, if you must absolutely be replaced, we would appreciate if you could notify the person that will take your place that we won’t be able to integrate his/her profile in the directory.
Accommodation
Do participants need to make a reservation in Evian?
All participants will have a room booked at a hotel in Evian. The Octave team is in charge of booking you a hotel room.

Can you please give me the exact address of the Evian Resort and hotels booked for the event?

We have not received any confirmation from the hotel and therefore no reservation number, is this normal?
Yes, that’s normal. The Octave team takes care of it! You just have to check-in directly at the hotel reception of the hotel that has been assigned for you.
Transport

Can you tell me if the shuttle between the hotel and airport are planned? Should we book the shuttle with you?
Free shuttles will be available from the train stations of Geneva and Evian and the Geneva airport to your hotel at your arrival Monday, April 11th (for available schedules, please visit Transport 2016 section). You can book your shuttle directly under ‘My account’.
Can you tell me if, in case participants should leave the workshop early, there will be shuttles provided Thursday, April 14th in the morning to the airport and train stations Geneva and Evian?

Could you advise me on mode of transport to get to the seminar?
You will find all our suggestions in our Transport 2016 section. If you come from Paris, we strongly recommend that you take the train to Evian (Evian Les Bains station).

Will we have a detailed program?

Is it possible to know the theme of each session and the different guest speakers?
To learn more about our speakers please go to the Speakers section. As said before, the content of the program remains confidential until the date of the seminar.

Can you give me the exact location of the seminar?
The entire program takes place at the Evian Resort. (Rive Sud du Lac de Genève – 74501 Evian-Les-Bains- France).
Could you tell me at what time we are expected to arrive on Tuesday night?
You are required to arrive the night before, Monday April 11th from 7:30 pm, for a buffet dinner.
Where will take place the seminar? At what time does it starts?
The whole Octave Program takes place at the Evian Resort. The Octave Program starts Tuesday, April 12th at 9 am with a plenary session.
If no one can come, do we still have to pay it?
For all questions regarding payment and billing in case of withdrawal, please contact the person responsible for the Octave program in your company.
Is it possible to arrive after the first day? Would it be possible for me to know where to go to if I arrive late?
Upon arrival, go directly to the hotel reception of your hotel. They will give you a personalized program that will help you to know where to go.
Others
Can you please tell me the dress code of the seminar?
Take good and comfortable shoes as there is a 10 to 15 minute-walk (down the hill !) in the park between the plenary sessions’ place and the workshops. The dress code is casual. If you wish to go walking, bring walking shoes and clothes for wet weather. We inform you that a “Dance and Network” party is planned on Wednesday evening. You will be able to choose from 4 re-energising workshops, one with a sporty theme, for which we recommend you wearing running shoes and jogging. Finally, you will require your computer (or tablet) for one of the workshops.
When will you send us the summary email with all the useful information?
You will receive a summary email a week before your departure Evian. In the meantime, you can find all the useful information on our website, at the Useful info section.
